1. Choose Your Project with a Mentor
On our virtual platform, STEAM GLOBAL, you will find over 30 project options with virtual classrooms based on video games, film, augmented reality, and interactivity. Choose the projects that interest you the most with your mentor at each level. Progress towards your goals every month and track your achievements and results.
2. Join Live Clubs
Once you've decided what you want to learn, engage in our Live Clubs at STEAM GLOBAL to enhance your global competencies: SCIENTIFIC SPIRIT, GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP, THE ART OF COMMUNICATION, and CREATIVITY & INNOVATION. Each session will propel you forward in your project. Join Live Clubs now.
3. Learn to manage your learning
In the Management and Advancements Club called Inspiring Guides at STEAM GLOBAL, you share your learning plans and project progress with an IESMART mentor and the students who join at that time. Each meeting leaves you with ideas and inspiration to keep going.

Are the activities on STEAM GLOBAL organized by age groups?
Whether you are fully dedicated to homeschooling your children, they attend a virtual school, or they need to supplement their in-person education, it is crucial to consider their physical, mental, and emotional development stage. Our activities are tailored to these developmental levels, even when shared with children of different ages. Each club and course specifies the targeted age groups.
Who is Self-Directed Learning for?
For every child, young person who wants to successfully take on the challenges of the 21st century. The relationship with knowledge has changed, everything is now at our disposal, we need to acquire skills to know what, where, when, how, and why to search for information. Many of these skills are not provided by school or traditional teachers, so we must acquire them in other ways.
IS STEAM GLOBAL only for homeschoolers?
We are an option for homeschoolers, but our clubs, courses, and guides can benefit any family looking to ensure their children acquire global competencies and are prepared to tackle any present and future challenges. We serve as a complementary choice for those interested in developing skills that traditional schooling may not necessarily provide.
Do I need to be a teacher to guide self-directed learning?
